Export control

Certain equipment, software, technologies, technical data or services may be subject to restrictions on:
- transfer;
- export;
- brokering;
- technical assistance;
- end use.
Customer commitments
- provide accurate information on the end user, destination and use;
- comply with applicable sanctions, embargoes and restrictions;
- obtain authorizations for which it is responsible;
- not divert or re-export a controlled item without authorization;
- inform RDMC of any military, dual-use, sensitive use or restricted destination.
Right of control and suspension
RDMC may request end-user documents and defer, refuse or suspend an operation when a regulatory, ethical, reputational or diversion risk is identified.
Dual-use goods
Regulation (EU) 2021/821 establishes a control regime for exports, brokering, technical assistance, transit and transfers concerning dual-use items.
Classification depends on technical characteristics, destination, end user and declared use. A specific transactional analysis remains necessary.
