About RDMC

Digital expertise built in the field since 2011.

RDMC designs, develops, hosts, secures, and maintains digital solutions for enterprises and organizations with widely different challenges. Our history has been built by progressively expanding our capabilities—from software development through data, artificial intelligence, operations, and systems protection.

The RDMC difference

An end-to-end view. From business needs to operations and maintenance (O&M).

Complementary expertise, a full chain of accountability: design, build, secure and operate along one trajectory.

Our story

A company that has grown with its clients’ needs.

RDMC was not born from a fixed service catalog. The company has built its expertise through projects, to better master the many components of the digital systems it designs and supports.

Founded in 2011 by Rafael de Mendoza, RDMC first grew around technology advisory and digital project delivery. Hosting, availability, and security challenges quickly showed that a project does not end when its code is shipped.

The offering has thus grown step by step: infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, managed IT services, artificial intelligence platforms, then autonomous technologies. That evolution now lets RDMC connect disciplines often handled separately and keep a coherent view across a solution’s full lifecycle.

Our domains of expertise

Expertise areas that reinforce each other.

RDMC’s strength lies less in stacking technologies than in making design, development, data, infrastructure and security work together around one operational objective.

The RDMC difference

One accountability chain, from idea to operations.

A digital project depends on usefulness, development quality, data control, infrastructure robustness and security. Treating each topic in isolation multiplies interfaces, information loss and accountability gaps.

RDMC’s 360° DevSecOps approach combines technology expertise, attention to real usage and operational mastery. Depending on the project, our teams can focus on a specific step or take on a coherent set of deliverables.

This cross-cutting approach does not mean applying the same setup everywhere. We adapt the level of support, governance, and operations to the client's size, risks, and real objectives.

A human-scale IT services company

Named contacts and a direct relationship.

At RDMC, proximity does not mean multiplying meetings or maintaining an artificially informal relationship. It rests on accessible contacts, clear ownership, and the ability to speak directly with the people who know the project.

  • We favor frank communication: explaining a constraint, flagging a risk, or refusing an unsuitable solution is part of our role.
  • A named entry point to coordinate the project
  • Specialists mobilized as needed
  • Traceable and shared information
  • Support sized to the stakes
How we work

Five reflexes that structure every engagement.

Listen before proposing. Explain before promising. Trace to secure. Adapt without imposing. Maintain beyond delivery.

  • Listen

    Before proposing—understand the real context.

  • Explain

    Before promising—clarify constraints and options.

  • Trace

To secure — documented decisions, risks, and deliverables.

  • Adapt

Without imposing—calibrate the setup to the stakes.

  • Maintain

    Beyond delivery—continuity and improvement.

What guides us

Eight values at the heart of what we do.

These principles shape how we work and form the foundation of our commercial, technical, and human commitment.

Technical excellence

We aim for a high level of quality, rigor, testability, documentation, and maintainability.

Useful innovation

We explore new technologies only when they genuinely improve usage, performance, or resilience.

Security

Protection of systems, data and operations is built in from design.

Transparency

We communicate clearly on choices, costs, risks, timelines, and trade-offs.

Accountability

We stand behind our recommendations and seek coherent, durable, and economically sound solutions.

Partnership

We invest in understanding the business and build long-term relationships.

Sovereignty

Where relevant, we favor reversibility, interoperability, and data control.

Continuous improvement

Every lessons-learned review feeds the evolution of our methods, tools, and standards.

Our engagement models

A response adapted to each mission’s reality.

RDMC works on one-off needs as well as long-term relationships, with an engagement level defined by scope, criticality, and the client’s organization.

Advisory and audit

Studies, assessments, roadmaps, technology choices and decision support.

Fixed-price projects

Scoping, design, development, integration, UAT and go-live.

Expertise

Providing targeted skills to strengthen a team or address a specific need.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

Corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance, monitoring, and service continuity.

Project steering

Coordination, request tracking, governance, reporting, and change control.

Our commitments

Measurable rigor in every project.

Our goal is to make quality visible, security verifiable, and progress understandable.
