AI and transparency policy
RDMC adopts a controlled and transparent use of artificial intelligence.
Partial AI use
RDMC may use AI tools to assist with:
- drafting;
- translation;
- design;
- software development;
- code generation;
- testing;
- documentation;
- analysis;
- support;
- graphic or multimedia creation.
Human review
Outputs intended for publication or delivery undergo human review, correction or validation proportionate to their nature, criticality and use.
Limits
An AI output may be:
- inaccurate;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- biased;
- non-deterministic.
It must not be the sole basis for a critical, regulated or binding decision without competent validation.
Data and confidentiality
Customer Data is transmitted to a third-party AI provider only when necessary, authorized or provided for in the Contract. RDMC may favor local, private or non-training configurations.
Intellectual property
Use of an AI system creates no implied assignment of rights. Rights in Deliverables remain determined by the Purchase Order, third-party licenses and applicable rules.
