Service

Maintain and evolve your web applications.

Fixes, business enhancements, dependency updates, and run monitoring: we ensure continuity of your web applications without slowing the business.

Key commitments
  • Fixes prioritized by business impact
  • Enhancements planned and delivered iteratively
  • Dependency security updates
  • Regular reporting on incidents and backlog
In plain terms

A living application needs a structured run.

Without maintenance, technical debt accumulates: obsolete dependencies, recurring bugs, changes that cannot be made without risk. We run application operations as a service: priorities, remediation SLAs, and a clear enhancement backlog.

Whether the application was developed by RDMC or a third party, we take over after an assessment: access, documentation, monitoring, and a knowledge-transfer plan.

What we do

Corrective, evolutionary, and run.

Corrective maintenance

Anomaly handling by criticality, with ticket tracking and clear communication.

Evolutionary maintenance

New features, business adaptations, and UX improvements, delivered in batches.

Security updates

CVE tracking, dependency upgrades, and security patches.

Application monitoring

Alerts, logs and health indicators to detect regressions before your users do.

Backlog management

Joint request prioritization, estimation, and progress reporting.

Version upgrades

Planning of major upgrades (framework, runtime, database) with non-regression tests.

In figures

Frequently asked questions

Everything about application maintenance.

Can you maintain an application not developed by RDMC?
Yes. We start with a knowledge takeover (code, infra, access, documentation) and a light audit to estimate effort and risks.
What is the difference with managed IT?
Managed IT covers infrastructure and the IT system. Application maintenance covers the code, features and behavior of the application itself.
How are requests prioritized?
Critical incidents come first. Enhancements are planned in a shared backlog, with regular delivery milestones.
Do you include non-regression testing?
Yes, within the agreed scope: existing automated tests, smoke tests before release, and progressive coverage hardening if needed.
