Who produces in series?
We scope industrialization and partners; production can be in-house or outsourced. Quality governance stays clear.
What happens after a negative POC?
A clean, documented stop that avoids forcing a bad trajectory. A useful POC can also conclude “no”.
How do you manage component obsolescence?
Second sources, version freezes, technology watch, and design for longevity according to the expected lifecycle.
