Who produces in series?
We scope industrialization and partners; production can be in-house or outsourced. Quality governance stays clear.
What happens after a negative POC?
A clean, documented stop that avoids forcing a bad trajectory. A useful POC can also conclude “no”.
How do you manage component obsolescence?
Second sources, version freezes, technology watch, and design for longevity according to the expected lifecycle.
Link to the IoT platform?
Scaling often includes device management, OTA and monitoring — as soon as the fleet grows.
