The role
You join RDMC’s cybersecurity team to strengthen the resilience of critical systems (sovereign, industrial or regulated). You work from design to operations: secure architecture, hardening, detection and response.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise, Security by design rigor, and clear dialogue with business, ops and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve secure architectures (segmentation, Zero Trust, OS/network hardening).
- Contribute to or lead SOC/CERT activities: detection, investigation, containment, post-mortems.
- Own critical vulnerability lifecycle (prioritization, remediation, reporting).
- Define and industrialize Security by design controls (CI/CD, reviews, baselines).
- Produce documentation, runbooks and awareness materials for teams.
Profile
- Proven experience in offensive and/or defensive security on critical environments.
- Strong SOC/SIEM, pentest, hardening and vulnerability-management skills.
- Familiarity with CSTI / ANSSI frameworks or equivalents is a plus.
- Able to prioritize business risk and communicate clearly.
- Technical English; fluent French.
