The order of 15 February 2018, published in the Official Journal, confers on “RDMC Rafaël de Mendoza Consulting” the status of national defence partner. This milestone gives the company an early institutional footing in sensitive and sovereign environments.

For RDMC, this date marks the start of a public continuity that later reappears in cyber, cloud and critical-systems activities, and in Defence-related contracts.

The public security.rdmc.fr profile on AbuseIPDB reflects ongoing contribution to an IP reputation and malicious-address reporting service. This footprint complements the cyber positioning with an operational indicator, beyond commercial messaging alone.

The Pappers company record lists RDMC as an approved private organisation under the Innovation Tax Credit for 2020 through 2024. This continuity is consistent with designing and developing innovative solutions for third-party clients.
